Michael Egan works on corporate compliance matters for domestic and international clients. He likewise assists clients on FCPA compliance issues and in the coordination of investigation plans. Mr. Egan has handled several alternative energy-focused major project financings, both on the lender and borrower sides. He represents private and public companies in business combinations and corporate financial transactions, as well as project finance and structured finance transactions for clients in the energy industry. Mr. Egan has also worked on the financing of an ethanol production facility, as well as a portfolio financing for a landfill-gas project. He likewise supported multiple mergers, acquisitions and asset sales for local and large multinational clients, and has conducted domestic due diligence efforts on multinational asset sales.
