June Anne Burke is a member of the Firm's Global Equity Services Group. She advises multinational employers in the design and implementation of equity-based compensation programs for their employees and consultants. Ms. Burke is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and the Global Equity Organization, in which she is also currently serving her second term on the Board of Directors. She previously worked as a global equity consultant at Hewitt Associates, and was head of the Global Equity Group of Mercer Human Resource Consulting LLC.

Practice Focus

Ms. Burke advises on the tax, legal and accounting considerations of awarding equity and other long-term incentive vehicles to employees and non-employee directors worldwide in connection with spin-offs, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, option repricings, option exchange programs, plan terminations and compliance audits. She assists in the coordination of governmental filings, preparation of employee and employer tax summaries, country feasibility reports, compliance manuals, as well as the design and implementation of chargeback programs. Ms. Burke also helps draft various agreements — including sub plan, award, enrollments and chargeback agreements — data privacy consent forms and other documents required under local law.
