Jorge A. de Regil is a partner in Baker & McKenzie Mexico City’s Labor Practice Group. He has 30 years of experience in his field, and is recognized as a leading practitioner by Chambers Latin America. He holds various honorary positions, including membership in the committee on freedom of association and the governing body of the International Labor Organization. Mr. de Regil has lectured on social security and labor law at various universities, including the Panamerican University and La Salle University in Mexico City. He has also spoken on topics relevant to his practice for organizations such as the Mexican Institute of Fiscal Studies, among others.
