Jon Ebner works in the Firm’s Global Dispute Resolution and Global Insurance practices. He represents US and international companies in a variety of commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ebner worked as in-house counsel for an insurance company in Germany.

• Advised a property insurer in arbitration involving a coverage dispute.
• Negotiated a favorable settlement on behalf of business owners in a breach of contract action.
• Assisted with arbitration arising out of the acquisition of a US company by a Germany entity.
• Counseled a German investment fund on insurable interest laws and life insurance settlement transactions.
• Successfully defended an insurance broker in a defamation lawsuit.
