- Represented PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk in a share placement pursuant to Rule 144A, Regulation S and concurrent rights issue. This was the largest equity offering from Indonesia in two years and was awarded “Best Secondary Deal of the Year Southeast Asia” by Alpha Southeast Asia in 2010. (Proceeds: approximately USD1.2 billion)
- Represented HSBC, Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, and KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited as joint underwriters in the THB40 billion issuance of 10-year 1.2 percent inflation-linked bonds by the Ministry of Finance of Thailand pursuant to Regulation S. This was Southeast Asia’s and Thailand’s first inflation-linked bonds and was awarded best Thailand deal by FinanceAsia and best sovereign bond by Asiamoney. (Proceeds: approximately USD1.3 billion)
- Represented Parkson, a Southeast Asia based department store operator, in a global offering (pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S) and listing on the Singapore Exchange. (Proceeds: USD127 million)
- Represented PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in its IPO and global offering pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S with a listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This was the largest Indonesian IPO in two years and was Thomson Reuters IFR Asia Awards 2010 Indonesia “Capital Markets Deal of the Year.” (Proceeds: approximately USD700 million)
- Represented PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in the IPO and global offering pursuant to Regulation S with a listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This IPO was the first international IPO from Indonesia in 2009 and since the global financial crisis, and the largest IPO in Indonesia when it was completed. (Proceeds: USD70 million)
- Represented Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited in a global offering (pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S) and listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This was the largest IPO from Thailand in 2008 and 2007, and was awarded “Best Thailand Deal” at FinanceAsia Awards 2008 and Asiamoney’s “Thailand Deal of the Year.” (Proceeds: USD269 million)
- Represented China South Locomotive & Rolling Stock Corporation Limited in connection with its H share global offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. (Proceeds: USD1.5 billion from H Share and A Share offers). The transaction was the second largest IPO in Asia in 2008 (excluding Japan, Australia and India).
- Represented UBS and Macquarie in a USD1.27 billion capital raising involving a Thai public offering and an international offering by TMB Bank Public Limited Company pursuant to Regulation S. This was the largest equity offering in Thailand in 2007.
- Represented Krung Thai Bank in connection with a global offering pursuant to Regulation S of Perpetual Non-cumulative Hybrid Tier 1 securities. The offering was underwritten by Merrill Lynch with Phatra Securities as the Financial Advisor. (Proceeds: USD220 million)
- Represented Thai Olefins Company Limited in an offering (pursuant to Regulation S) of 5.5 percent Notes due 2015 lead managed by Deutsche Bank and Citigroup. The Bonds were listed on the Singapore Exchange. (Proceeds: USD300 million)
