Jennifer Wisnia is an associate in the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions group in Santiago. She has significant experience practicing in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Ms. Wisnia graduated from the Boston University School of Law in 2005.

Ms. Wisnia regularly assists in international transactions with multinational corporations doing business in Chile. She also advises on commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights.
