Our Tokyo Real Estate Practice Group consists of more than 20 Japanese and foreign-qualified lawyers with a wide range of real estate related experience. This includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, J-REIT, development, fund formation and administration, regulatory, environmental, dispute resolution and taxes, and knowledge in a number of practice areas, which include banking & finance, capital markets, corporate and litigation.
