Our Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Focus Group includes members from Baker & McKenzie offices throughout the Asia Pacific region. The group has a strong understanding of the changing regulations regarding product registration, market access, trade promotion, product liability, labeling and advertising restrictions and other issues that affect major players in the developing Asian market, as well as the already-developed US and UK markets. Members of the group also have extensive experience advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, tax, real estate, employment and other issues affecting life sciences companies today and work closely with consultants and life science professionals to keep abreast of new innovations and changes in the industry.
