Jan-Willem de Tombe is a member of the Firm’s Europe Stock Plan Group and Employee Benefits Tax Group. He routinely assists clients in disputes involving employee options with the Dutch Tax Authorities, as well as in the negotiation and conclusion of wage tax agreements. He also assists clients during wage audits. Mr. de Tombe is a member of the Dutch Bar Association, the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors and the Dutch Association of Fiscal Science.
Practice Focus
Mr. de Tombe mainly advises internationally listed companies on wage tax matters. He frequently lectures on topics related to his area of practice at Leiden University, and regularly publishes articles on wage tax subjects in various professional journals.
