Heico Reinoud is an experienced tax lawyer with the Firm’s Amsterdam office. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs) and the Dutch branch of the International Fiscal Association. In addition to his practice, Mr. Reinoud regularly publishes articles related to corporate tax law.
Practice Focus
Mr. Reinoud has extensive experience in Dutch and Luxembourg corporate tax law and international tax law. Acting for multinational companies, private equity and real estate funds, Mr. Reinoud’s tax practice covers investment structures, mergers and acquisitions, real estate taxation and acquisition financing.
