Grant Hanessian serves as co-chair of Baker & McKenzie's International Arbitration Practice Group and chair of the Litigation/Dispute Resolution department of the Firm's New York office. Mr. Hanessian is a member of the Commission on Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and the ICC Task Force on Arbitration Involving States or State Entities. He is editor of the ICDR Yearbook 2011 (Juris Pub., 2011) and co-editor of Comparison of International Arbitration Rules (American Bar Association Section of International Law, 2011), International Arbitration Checklists (Juris Pub., 2nd ed., 2008) and Gulf War Claims Reporter (ILI/Kluwer, 1998). Mr. Hanessian is recommended by the Chambers USA Guide and Legal 500 in the field of international arbitration.

- Representing a US subsidiary of a French company in arbitrations and domestic court actions in US concerning EPC contracts for ethanol projects.
