Frank Kroes has extensive experience in securities litigation as well as disputes involving banks, private equity funds and other financial institutions. He also handles aircraft repossessions, liability, class actions, private antitrust litigation, insurance and reinsurance as well as general commercial litigation. Mr. Kroes is affiliated with the Dutch Association for Procedural Law, Dutch Association for Civil Law, Association for Corporate Litigation, Dutch Association for Energy Law and Dutch Bar Association.

Mr. Kroes focuses on litigation and arbitration for financial institutions. In addition to his practice, he is a frequent lecturer and presenter on matters such as product liability, class actions and international arbitration.
