Our Hotels, Resorts and Tourism team acted for Asian Coast Development (Canada) Ltd. (“ACDL”) on the successful conclusion of its hotel and casino management agreement with MGM Grand for the operation and management of the USD4.3 billion Ho Tram Integrated Resort Project in southern Vietnam.
The MGM Grand Ho Tram will be the first component of what is planned to be the largest tourism complex in Vietnam. ACDL, an international development and real estate company specializing in integrated resort destinations, will own and finance the project. MGM Grand will be in charge of providing development assistance and brand equity, and in handling the operations of the 5-star resort. The resort will feature world-class amenities from gaming and entertainment facilities, several 5-star hotels, premium shopping, chef-driven restaurants, high-end meeting spaces, a PGA champion level golf course and recreational beachfront facilities.
