For the third consecutive year, Baker & McKenzie has been awarded Euromoney's Real Estate Award as "Best for Legal Services - Global".
In addition to this impressive global recognition, we also secured accolades as being top rated for legal services in three regions - Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), with a second tier ranking in North America.
Additionally, Baker & McKenzie was ranked number one for legal services in fourteen different jurisdictions, including: Australia, Azerbaijan, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, France (Tax), Hong Kong, Mexico, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Ukraine. We also received second tier rankings in the legal services category in five countries - China, Colombia (Tax), France, the United States, and Vietnam.
The Euromoney Real Estate Poll is a peer-to-peer survey in the real estate industry, focusing on four main business areas: real estate banks, real estate investment managers, real estate advisory firms, and real estate developers. Senior management from institutions in these four categories are invited to nominate the leading three companies across all areas in which they are deemed to have expertise. In 2011, this annual survey covered rankings in sixty countries.
