Using cross-border transactional expertise, we helped complete the sale of Clough Limited's 81.95% interest in PT Petrosea TBK to buyer PT Indika Energy TBK. The Firm worked with Clough Limited on the sale strategy, project management, due diligence and documentation of the transaction. The deal involved numerous complex cross-border issues involving Australian, Singaporean and Indonesian law.
