Erin Fordyce is a member of the Toronto Intellectual Property Group. She summered and articled prior to joining the Firm as an associate. She has also worked in the Firm’s Munich office as part of the International Clerkship Program. While completing her law degree, Ms. Fordyce was a legal intern at the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. She also spent a semester at ESADE Law School in Barcelona.
Ms. Fordyce advises on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trademark prosecutions and oppositions, trademark infringement disputes, passing off and copyright. She also advises global clients on their worldwide trademark portfolios, brand protection strategies and anti-counterfeiting campaigns.
