Elisabeth advises leading companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device, telecommunications, IT, manufacturing and consumer products sectors in relation to intellectual property issues. Her experience includes conducting Australian Federal Court litigation concerning patents, trade marks, copyright, passing off and related trade practices matters. She also advises pharmaceutical and medical device clients in relation to regulatory issues surrounding the marketing and sale of their products.

- Obtaining Anton Piller search and seizure orders and urgent injunctive relief in relation to trade mark and copyright infringements.
- Advising in relation to objectionable on-line pharmacy websites marketing and selling pharmaceuticals products, involving potential breaches of the Therapeutic Goods Act and related trade practices issues.
