Dixon Hearder joined Baker & McKenzie as partner in July 2010 having previously worked at another leading Australian law firm. He has extensive experience in stamp duty including advising on property development, funds management, structured and project finance, infrastructure projects, as well as M&A and corporate restructures. Dixon also advises on a wide range of GST issues. He has broadened his practice in recent years to transfer pricing specialising particularly in technical, compliance and documentation aspects. Dixon has previously qualified chartered accountant and is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
