David J. Davis has extensive experience on intellectual property litigation, and has worked on numerous patent, trademark and copyright litigation matters in various Federal District Courts. He counsels clients in a wide range of industries — consumer products, transportation, electronics, financial services and advertising, among others — on managing the intellectual property aspects of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Mr. Davis has also written and spoken extensively on myriad issues related to intellectual property law.

Mr. Davis handles the full spectrum of legal matters relating to intellectual property law, including prosecution before the US Patent and Trademark Office and international patent courts.
