Mr. Robyn’s practice focuses on global corporate restructuring projects for public and private companies (including post-acquisition planning and integrations, spin-off transactions, and tax restructurings), foreign direct investment, and domestic and international commercial contracts involving sales, marketing, and distribution. In addition, he advises overseas companies on doing business in the US, including the start-up of business operations, product launches and product liability risk management, and serves as coordinating counsel in the defense of foreign companies against US product liability and commercial lawsuits.
