Carlos Dodds is the head of the Firm’s Labor Practice Group in Buenos Aires. For 10 years, he has worked on myriad matters relating to employment law. In addition to his practice, Mr. Dodds has written several articles for the Firm’s Global Labour, Employment and Employee Benefits Bulletin as well as the International Company and Commercial Law Review. He served as principal board member of the Private Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Dodds joined Baker & McKenzie in 1990 and became a partner in 1999.
Practice Focus
Mr. Dodds routinely handles employment contracts, litigation, workers compensation, social security and pension funds and labor-related litigation. He also advises clients on collective employee terminations, occupational health and safety matters, collective bargaining agreements, union negotiations and special civil litigation on product liability cases.
