We prepare proposals, audits and assessments of corporate, environmental and mining rights issues. We also advise you on the applicable municipal and provincial regulations.
Our Major Projects team is particularly knowledgeable about industry-specific regulations such as the Forestry Resources Law and Mining Investment Law, as well as the laws governing the generation, transportation and distribution of electricity and gas.
