Andre Fiebig practices in the area of corporate and antitrust law with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, international joint ventures, international antitrust and competition law and commercial law.
Practice Focus
Mr. Fiebig assists clients doing business internationally and foreign clients doing business in the United States. He advises on mergers and acquisitions as well as on commercial transactions. He also provides advice on antitrust and competition law matters and obtaining merger clearance for transactions both in the United States and abroad. Mr. Fiebig previously practiced law in Germany and Belgium.
Professional Honors
Since 1997, Mr. Fiebig has served as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University School of Law where he teaches Mergers & Acquisitions and European Business Law. He is also a member of the advisory board of the Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies at Loyola University School of Law. Mr. Fiebig is an officer of the ABA Section on Antitrust Law and a Member of the Steering Committee of the European Law Committee of the ABA Section on International Law and Practice.
