CAMAC Releases Report on Managed Investment Schemes

The Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee (CAMAC) has recently issued their Managed Investment Schemes Report.
The report is in response to the Australian Government's request for advice on the regulation of managed investment schemes (schemes), following the failure of a number of high profile schemes and significant developments in the use of schemes since the current legislation was introduced.
